Your fault diagnostic service is not fit for purpose - we were to be charged for both an imprecise diagnosis and the numerous repairs (x 3) - we decided against the third repair because your quote was 7 x the price we were charged elsewhere.

Everything from booking through to service was 5 star unfortunates was a problem with the payment machine and payment was taken twice I have called twice and had no one return my call to rectify this
