On bringing my car in for a service at 8:00, I had to wait for my nominated staff member. I waited for over 20 minutes, whilst I watched people arrive and leave. Why have a designated poc? First come first served would be sensible and far better.

As well as having my brake fluid replaced I was having a discoloured wheel as a potential warranty issue looked at. When I picked up the car I asked and it would be raised. Nobody has been bothered to come back to me despite ringing twice. Terrible.

My car broke down and was recovered to Cheltenham. I had expected one week before my car was scheduled to assessment. After the initial assessment my fuel pump was diagnosed and a replacement part fitted within 3 days - cost over £1000.

The overall experience was good, but a navigational aid on my dashboard was dismantled and not put back after the airbag was replaced. It was not until I informed the desk clerk and showed video evidence of it in place before the bag was replaced.

Very satisfied. Easy parking area, check with in with service advisor as to nature of visit. They rang to advise diagnosis of problem & confirmed approx time when vehicle would be ready. Confirmed collection time & car had been cleaned & ready to go!
