Die to a major incident on the motorway I had to take a number of detours to get to the BMW Service Centre. The staff were fully understanding and welcomed me in, despite having missed my scheduled service appointment time.

Overall i was very happy with my experience, all the staff are very polite and welcoming and helpful. Plus the facilities at the centre are very good. I had a couple of small issues with the work done on my car but nothing major.

Whilst the personal interaction and communication was excellent I was a little disappointed that the car remained over the weekend to get a replacement seat belt. It was known it needed to be replaced at booking (recall) so why wasn't one in stock?

I needed to drive to Scotland for New year. The winter check gave me confidence that the car was in a good condition for the journey. Unfortunately the screen wash was not suitable for the conditions despite me telling the service dept.

My car broke down and was recovered to Cheltenham. I had expected one week before my car was scheduled to assessment. After the initial assessment my fuel pump was diagnosed and a replacement part fitted within 3 days - cost over £1000.

Unfortunately my car was damaged while carrying out the warranty work. This was not brought to my attention until I noticed it an hour after collecting it. Fair enough the team agreed to repair but this is not really acceptable.

The overall experience was good, but a navigational aid on my dashboard was dismantled and not put back after the airbag was replaced. It was not until I informed the desk clerk and showed video evidence of it in place before the bag was replaced.

long wait to collect car while salesman was chatting away explanations regarding faults were flimsy I felt treated like an idiot with no brain and "couldn't possibly understand" what was wrong

Based on the above I'm expecting a correct quote via email for a front right drop link and two rear shock absorbers with their bump stoppers and their dust covers. Note that I did a major repair last summer so I'm a loyal customer of yours .
