Thanks for your help and support. Its not ideal having an issue with the car but when your help and support is effective it does give us confidence. We also recognise that not everything can work perfectly all of the time.

Can tend to take rather a long time to get works completed When at the previous site, offered collection & return of vehicle. I appreciate the investment in facilities but previous service was more convenient

Left my car for EGR replacement and it was completed on time. Car was cleaned and left with surprise gifts in the passenger seats.

The tyre I asked to be checked is still losing pressure despite reassurances that it was in good order. The new door seal wasn't entirely seated and I had to push it tight to correct the wind noise.
