I don't understand why it takes 7 hours to fit a starter motor. What is the point of having a booking slot for 09:30 and being told to make sure to turn up on time to avoid delays if you are not going to even start the work for over an hour.

The front left tyre replaced was a Conti Sport 6 not a 7 as the rest are. In addition the front right tyre which was not supposed to be touched was at 12psi when Amanda drove out the gate - as per the warning on the dash which your mechanic missed!

Service & MOT took considerably longer than estimated

I have had a fault on my car that has now been in for 3 services since I first reported. I tried to tell Harry about the issue on the day, so that it was understood including a technician test drive; and he was totally uninterested.

My car was ready - beautifully washed and valeted - but, as usual at Cheltenham, there weren't sufficient staff, or organisation, so noone was available to do the paperwork and hand over the keys. Intensely irritating.

Overall satisfied with the service, it was prompt and efficient, good communication & updates on vehicle via Evie Everson who was very helpful & pleasant. I feel that some of the service items are somewhat over priced though, hence 4 out of 5 stars.

Because of emergency recall the car needed to be mended. You were lame in actually getting the car in due to the parts not being avaliable. Then heard nothing from you , I had kerp calling in. During such delay placed my insurance at risk .

Despite the services booked in advance and the car dropped early morning, my car was taken late. I was contacted late about MOT failure and the need to repair. No call from the day after to update me. I had to call the Saturday morning.

When booked car in was told would be around 1.5 hours. When arrived, told it would take around 2 hours. 2.5 hours later I enquired on progress. Told it was being washed. Further hour later(!) I went down, and found car ready. Had not been told!
